1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") regulate the provision of services and the use of resources offered by
VStars! (hereinafter referred to as the "Association").
1.2. By using the services of the Association, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2.1.
VStars! offers services in the following areas:
- Art and illustrations;
- Animation and design;
- VTuber model creation and rigging;
- Music compositions;
- Video editing.
2.2. Our services are available to both individuals and organizations.
3.1. Orders are accepted via the official
VStars! accounts on Twitter, VK, and Telegram.
3.2. The order process includes the following stages:
- Receiving and agreeing on the technical task (brief);
- Clarifications and creating a draft;
- Approval of work and revisions;
- Final result.
3.3. The client selects the artist, after which the
VStars! manager forwards the order to the artist, who may accept or decline it.
4.1. Payments are made to the
VStars! team account and are transferred to the artist only upon order completion.
4.2. In case of delays, partial refunds may be issued upon client complaints.
4.3. Order cancellation:
- If the order is canceled by the artist, the client receives a full refund.
- If the client cancels the order after partial work completion, a partial refund will be issued.
- Refunds are not provided after the order is completed.
5.1. Commercial use of works must be approved by
VStars! and may require additional fees.
5.2. Clients are not permitted to modify, resell, or redistribute the work without prior approval.
6.1.
VStars! reserves the right to publish completed works in its social media accounts and portfolio.
6.2. Non-disclosure agreements can be arranged for an additional fee.
6.3.
VStars! does not disclose clients' personal information and uses order details solely for publication purposes.
7.1. We do not accept orders containing:
- Topics related to pedophilia, guro, violence, racism, Nazism, or discrimination;
- Political content or materials that incite hatred.
8.1.
VStars! is responsible for ensuring the quality of the artists' work.
8.2. Disputes and conflicts are resolved through the manager.
9.1.
VStars! reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms come into effect upon publication.
